Hi,
I have stayed at the Oyo Townhouse 429, South City 2, Sector 49, Gurgaon from 28-June-2022 to 1-July-2022. I booked the room through Oyo app after applying the coupons and paid 1368/- for 3 days in advance. When I reached at the hotel, they refused to give me check-in as the price was low according to them. So I called the oyo customer care and they told me to pay the additional amount of 2141/- (as per the hotel) to the hotel and the same amount will be refunded after I will check-out showing proper GST bill for the same amount. So I paid the additional amount demanded by hotel and checked-in. When I checked-out after 3 days of stay, hotel gave me the proper GST bill. When I contacted again to oyo for the refund, they told me that I will receive the refund within few days.
Now it has been over 6 MONTHS. I still haven’t received my money yet.
I have contacted oyo customer care multiple times and they just say “we cannot do anything in this matter”.
I am stuck in between, neither hotel nor Oyo is helping for the refund of my payment.
