Oyo Rooms — Refund not received from OYO after rooms were denied in the last moment.

I booked two rooms with OYO from the 6th of August to the 8th of August for which I paid 1306 as advance. Booking was done by me Debasish Ranjan Saikia, booking ID Q44P4834. When I reached the property on the 6th they denied to give us rooms saying they are already fully booked. When we already had bookings how can a hotel get fully booked. What's the use of booking then ? After that we had to book offline hotel which was way out of our budget. OYO customer care couldn't even arrange a hotel for us. Such harrasment for us as customers. After all that drama I asked the customer care executive to refund the money as soon as possible as we are students and we need money. She promised a full refund. Now it's been 10 days. When we look at the refund status online it shows refund successfully transferred. But we didn't get any refund. At first they harrass us with their unprofessional attitude and now couldn't even transfer my money. They should take full responsibility of delivering the money. But they don't care a bit. They didn't even call me to ask whether the got the refund of not. Never booking on OYO again.

Your Customer care executive called and provided me a bank reference number which is of no use, now I don't know what to do. He asked me to call phonepe. But phonepe clearly stated that they cannot hold any payment. He even asked me to mail him if my problem was not resolved. When I mail him I get no response. Is this some kind of a joke? Is this your professional attitude towards your customer? I want my money. Provide me the transaction number of your refund. Or else strict action will be taken from my side. It's been more than a month now. I am losing patience.
