Hello, I have booked a room at Hotel Archana In(12965) on 23-Jul-2022 via OYO app and booking id is TH4J9608. The hotel denied check-in with reason that they are not allowing bookings via the app and their rooms are completely booked. Upon asking for the refund, they asked us to contact OYO customer care. I have been trying to contact Customer service at number([protected]), customer service agent will pick call and upon listening the issue, He says it's refund issue and he transfers call as it will handled by other team. The call will be on hold even after waiting for couple of hours. Please help with refund.
