Oyo Rooms — Refund not received in maximum allotted time
On 11th July, 2022 I booked an Oyo room for the dates 20 July-25th July and made a payment of 1, 608r.s which I made through my Paytm UPI, the amount was debited and room booked but due to some unfortunate event I had to cancel the booking and I cancelled it on 13th July, 2022 at 5 PM which according to OYO is the maximum allotted refund period incase of cancellation, and I was told my money will be refunded back to me, after checking the app I was showed my refund is being initiated until now (date: 1 Aug, 2022)and I haven't received any refund in my bank from Oyo, I made multiple tickets regarding this glitch but no response was availed from Oyo's part.
So please look into the matter and kindly revert the money back as soon as possible.
