Hi, I had booked an OYO (Collection 0 30121 The Mayer) in Bangalore for dates[protected] to[protected]. Inv no: ZNQV9837
We faced several issues during our stay:
1) Rat in the hotel room (changed room twice due to this)
2) No proper water supply and AC cooling
Due to these reasons, we decided to cut short our stay till[protected] after speaking with OYO customer service agent who modified booking accordingly (14th to 16th March). We were assured a refund of one-day booking amount to my bank account (NOT OYO money) as we had to leave early.
I have received a text message from OYO saying refund payment has been initiated, however, I have not received the payment yet.
As the refund amount is large, the delay in payment is highly distressing. Please acknowledge and take action immediately on this issue so that we are not forced to escalate this issue further. Was this information helpful? |
