[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Refund not received SRFR3414 | |
For ref SRFR3414 there is a refund pending from last three weeks after confirmation from Oyo executive. Sent email four times no response. Tried calling on customer care and it goes in loops on ivrs. In main menu there is no link for completed booking. If we go to upcoming booking it has link for check on refunds but when you go in it routes back to main menu. Even if we get hold of any executive by chance they will take min 15 min hold and then disconnect call and no courtesy to call back. Pls don't book Oyo for future to save money and most importantly peace of mind. Almost always the property will deny check in citing rooms not available or ask for more charges and Oyo executive once had the guts to tell me to move to another property at mid night. Pls go to other platforms. This one is a poorly managed company which will close down any time. Was this information helpful? | |
Jan 25, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved After raising complaint here I got an email and call from Oyo team. Phone number they called in does not have incoming and they insist using customer care only. Email was from escalation team [email protected]
They processed the request and asked for bank details and refund processed. This forum is quite helpful in facilitating complaints. It is Highly unfortunate you did not read even my message. Booking id is mentioned in subject line and also first line of complaint. This clearly showcases your company short sightedness. Any ways for you again SRFR3414

Received a call from Oyo escalations team asking for bank details again. Shared now and waiting for refund
