Worst customer support the company has. I made a booking for a hotel in ranchi on 8th August but then as the hotel was not good I cancelled my booking and till now my money is not refunded. Booking id is RGWL8061 . I have been continuously calling the customer service but I am not able to connect. The customer service is pathetic that the call never land to a real peraon to talk and gets disconnected automatically.

Updated by Va182796 Thanks for the response, please check the details and get me the refund and also please its a request to improve customer service as initially oyo books the hotel and tells customer to pay the requested amount with prepaid offer and then when we reach the hotel they deny by telling we cannot provide hotel at this amount. So please do something about this.
