I did booking gor 14 days in a OYO Room and I paid them full amount in advance. The room they provided was not well maintained and I had to checkout on same day of my checkin.
I contacted their escalation team and they sent me an email cofirmation of refund of amount by deducting 2 days charge which is ok for me.
Email said it will credit in 7 to 14 days. But it is not happened yet. No email response, no enough customer care support.
It is first time from OYO for me, but it is not at all acceptable. Was this information helpful? |
