I had booked at htel lalji at dalhousie for 15th may check in and 16th may check out.
Amount was paid through net banking. However the check in was denied due to some issues between oyo and hotel lalji.
I was told that refund will be processed in 2 days time. Till today no refund has come inspite of repeated reminders, every time they generate a new complaint id and nothing happens.
