[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund of extra amount ie inr 12546 — booking id-zohu8312 | |||||
Dear all, With respect to booking id zohu8312, due to oyo's technical issue, my online transaction was declined on 3 occasions. But the money was debited from icici bank credit card. So, eventually i ended up paying inr 12546 more. Now i have been following up through oyo call center and mail since 12th oct 2018, for refund of inr 12546. There is no proper dates or resultion given. Each time different call center executive shares some different dates. I am thinking to complain in consumer court at mumbai.
