Oyo Rooms — refund of hotel rent paid (hotelier denied stay)

I had booked a room with oyo with booking id uneh8026, for one night stay on 7th of dec, 2019 at pabitra royal regency, bhubaneswar. I had made online payment for the same while booking. However, on arrival the hotelier denied to give me a room as i have paid online as they have a payment issue with oyo. I called up oyo customer care and informed about the same. They promptly cancelled the booking and confirmed to refund the amount which never happened. I even called the customer care but for no results.

Updated by Prabir Pujari As of now my amount has not been refunded. I am unable to understand why it is not being processed.
