I have booked a oyo 19610 hotel nutan krishna (Vrindavan) dated-29th april 2019 (Sunday) & booking id - eqhi6409 (Narendra kumar gutgutia). When we went to the hotel at 8:30p. M, they didn't accepted (Reception manager) our booking & said that we dont accept online booking & you go and take some another hotel. Than i cancelled my booking but not received the refund payment back and it has been more than 20 days. We talked to the customer care of oyo but they didn't respondent properly on the matter.
