[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund policies not good | |||||
I have booked three rooms in oyo 28/3/2018 But after half an hour I cancelled room because I have some urgent work Without check in I cancelled room But oyo not refund my money 1539 was done by online payment by me. Oyo told me that is our policy Which kind of policy oyo have. I can't understand 1539 Ra oyo keep and doesn't refund me anything. This is ridiculous policy make by oyo rooms . Please take necessary action this 1539 rs is my hardworking income but oyo can't understand because he have some great policies.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
