I booked a room through oyo in bangalore and paid money 2 months back. I payed money at 5 pm... But went to hotel at 11 pm.. The hotel staff told me hotel is full and get out... I called oyo again. And it was nearly 12 am.. They arranged another room. When i went there... They didnt allow us there... We travelled nearby 20 kms for the hotel.. It was 2 am by that time... Called oyo again... And they set us with new rooms.. We went there... But hotel staff didnt allow us there too... It was 5 am by that time... I was walking bangalore streets from 12 to 5 am. My money of 1200₹ never got refunded.. Pls help me... Help me pls
