Clearly cheating their customers!
Made a booking of ₹2503 at silverkey executive stay through the app but when i reached the site it was a complete chaos.
The hotel is in a shady lane with stagnant water in the entire lane.
Nonetheless the room was very dirty, there was a foul smell in the room.
When i opened the window for fresh air all i got was garbage smell in the room.
The food was awful, served in dirty crockery. The tray was full of dust and the utensils were kept in the same tray.
When asked for shifting to a different hotel, they took 3-4 hours but couldn’t find a suitable hotel and every time i called the executive for help, a different executive picked the call each time and gave different statements regarding refund and shifting. One even changed the dates of check in and check out without informing.
I booked 3 hotels afterwards and when ever i reached the hotels they all said that they don’t have tie up with oyo though the booking was done through oyo app!
They promised a refund with in 7-14 days, even sent email for the same but then later declined the refund for no valid reason!
