Hi,
I have booked an OYO with booking ID: GS5F6198 for three days and due to bad service at the hotel I had to checkout after staying for one day. I have confirmed with the Service desk before checking out on the previous day regarding the refund they said they will charge an extra day amount as early check out charges for which I said I am okay with it and then the third day amount will be refunded. I have checked out after day one before 11 AM in the morning and again called the Service desk and informed that I have checked out they said that I'll get the refund next day. I had a very bad experience and that too I have been charged 6500 for one day.
Now, I don't know why the need help button on the app doesn't work for the particular booking and works for other bookings and when the call the service desk the call just drops off.
Please help me with getting my refund back as I have all the mail proofs that the service desk has sent me when I had call with them earlier.
