[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Refund related query

I made booking using Oyo app
My booking I'd :- PD4E7984

I tried to contact customer care support but no response from their side, i paid for my booking and due to some reason I cancelled it it's showing in my app half refund is initiated but as per Oyo policy i am eligible for full refund and i still not getting the half refund was initiatiated by Oyo .
