Oyo Rooms — refused to refund back my money | |||||
I had booked a room on 15th june through oyo . money has been deducted and no confirmation has been received through oyo site and the customer care replying that no booking has been done but i do have the screen shot of money deduction which is i am attaching with this complaint. and now executive saying that there was a check in and check out made . if possible then do provide us our ID as a proof. stop making fool money deducted but no confirmation received and even not received the refund back the lady executive is so rude that saying we had sent a confirmation mail for hotel booking now i[censored] want to file a complaint do that and i do have the recording also. for rs 900 they doing fraud with their clients . and even there customer care number is also not working properly we as a client need to face the problem . as my register number with oyo is [protected]. and email id [protected]@gmail.com still no body from oyo responded fraudy site OYO Rooms - Oyo big cheaters, fraud dear all, this is to inform everyone to donot pay advance payment on oyo as they will do fraud, will not send u the confirmation of booking and send day after your booking date the confirmation which will be of no use after that. so kindly do not do advance payment on OYO A FRAUD HOTEL BOOKING SITE. I stayed at Hotel comfort in Bharuch taken under OYO. It having very poor service. Food quality is also very poor. Food price is very high and having low taste. It will degrade the brand value of OYO.

I have booked and paid tariff for a room yesterday. At the of check in hotel is not accepting my online payment and asking to pay for the same room again by cash.
This is ridiculous service and not acceptable from a company like OYO.
Please refund my money back.
