This complaint is against the oyo room for illegally managing my accounts and booking fake hotel.
My booking id is xneq6840, i have booked hotel named hotel spring forest in yercaud hill station in tamilnadu dated 8th march 2020 to 10th march 2020. The location of the app was shown in the app, i paid the total booking amount on-line (1st i have chosen the option to pay at the hotel but after offering discount to pay online, i paid the full amounts). When i reached the hotel, there was no hotel at that place. When i spoken to oyo customer care, they told me to pay more amount and they are allocating me to some other hotel. When i asked for extra payment they told me i have modified my bookings and increased the number of people from 2 to 3. Modification was done at 4.15pm on 08/03/2020. I have started talking at 3.54pm for 30min 36seconds regarding the hotel location and extra payment. Biggest problem is that they are taking the money of non-existed hotel and also managed my accounts and added one more persona. This is the biggest fraud now going in the oyo app.
They are taking the money, managing your accounts. I have proof and attaching that also.
