[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — regarding refund not provided by oyo, irresponsible team, not attentive | |||
My booking id is qmgu2041. Cancellation done on 17 may 20 but didn't get refund till now. Send and recieved various mails, contact so many time but didn't get call, resolution till now. I have send account details for neft also, but all guest experience managers, escalation team and redalert team are very irresponsible and not attentive. They all doing their job for salary only not for reputation of oyo and they will be a cause for end of oyo. As you can see, they all has forced me now to post this complaint. Ritesh agarwal should look, closely monitor these all things, otherwise it will effect him with huge loss. I hope i will get refund soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
