[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — regarding the attitude and behaviour of oyo rooms | |||
I booked a room on[protected] comfort residency noida sec 71 noida .when I reached hotel they told me why you make by Oyo you can come directly and pay cash so I say I have already paid so provide hotel but they say room will be available after 12 PM but those people come directly they provided the room even 3 to 4 person check in before time and hotel staff behaviour is not they always react very roodly behaviour and also say that you can complain anywhere, oyo customer care not pickup the call from yesterday morning so I book another Oyo also situated in noida sec 71 address is RP-28 noida please wave off my amount it's a kindly request and please take this matter very seriously Thank you very much Sachin Kumar Was this information helpful? | |||
