[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — request for refund amount with penalty

My registered mobile number is [protected] and i have book a room by oyo app in shimla for check in dated 15/06/2019 one night, oyo has been confirm the booking in hotel lalji shimla, i receive a massage from oyo on 15/06/2019 at 12 pm for change my booking from lal ji to hotel howard shimla, i reached in shilma at 2.30 p. M.in hotel howard, but no any room book for my name, i was very tired, so me and my family was vary disturb and i take a room in other hotel in rs. 5000/- per day, i was pay to oyo rs.885/- in advance for book the room on 14/06/2019, now i want to refund my money 885 and extra rs. 2000/- paid by me in hotel due to oyo.

I have been already complaint by phone on 17/06/2019 case id in 16752984 but nobody response by you its too same of oyo please give me my refund amount immediately.

Package ID- GFDU5930 Package is Third Class...I have Complaint For Himanshu From Delhi..and Team OYO.and Complaint againt at Consumer Court...
I had booked a room by Oyo application and did online. Payment was accepted and room was also booked for 16 June 2019.After I reached hotel on the same date the hotel staff did not allowed me to stay claiming they don't accept online payments.I called on Oyo consumer care but still I have not received my refund.
