Process of OYO for frustating its customers
Firstly, they cancelled all my bookings stating that it is cancelled due to some technical issues. I booked the same hoyels from oyo at triple rate.
After that you issued the OYOEXTRA20OFF coupon. When i tried booking using that coupon, the same was not accepted. The screen shot of the same i sent to saurav_451174 as asked by him. After sending he never replied.
Thirdly the if the executives dont have any solution they simply keep you in line and then automatically disconnect it. If they are genuine then they can give a call back.
No resolution provided by any of the executive team. Only reply they have is 'mafi chahte hai' Was this information helpful? |
