[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — room provided was not as per the information given

Through oyo we booked two ac rooms in hotel rv tower guruvayoor last friday. As per the information given in site we were at great expectation. But once we entered there the lift was not working. Rooms were not tidy. The door was not secure. The pillow covers were ugly. There was not water in pipes. The ac remote was not working and tv remote was also not working. It took almost one hour to resolve some issues. When we report the same to oyo the response was not satisfactory. We were very much disappointed with this.
