Am here for rude behaviour of one of the receptionist of your highly varied chain hotels. As a customer a hotel receptionist should be calm to us. The only thing was me and my sister were roaming in the hotel with lift and suddenly the receptionist came and very rudly said that "lift me mat ghumo kuch ho jayega to aap dekh lijiyega". This was not good experience.
