[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — service denied at booked hotel | |||
I have booked and paid for two rooms at sri krishna comforts, mysore, oyo 13750, booking id awqv1867, on 8th sept and reached hotel with my family, staffs at reception denied check in as they informed me that they don't have tie up with oyo and they can provide rooms only if i pay them again at higher rates which was not affordable to me. I tried to reach oyo back over phone, but all contacts were fully busy, i made a request though twitter and later i got a link to shift the room to near by available hotels. I tried the same but all efforts were futile to change the room and to talk the customer desk for more than an hour. I was so desperate allowing my family to strand in hotel premises during late hours, finally i forced to move back to mysore city driving back once again to get a suitable accommodation my own. Regret to say that oyo support, effort, was zero to solve the issue from their end virtual mechanism/link to change /shift location was made to waist more than one hour again hoping to get a booking at near by oyo properties. So far no update from oyo about my payment Was this information helpful? | |||
