Oyo Rooms — spam booking by oyo rooms | |||||
Hi, i had booked 10 rooms for 2 days (27 & 28 april 2018) at hotel idea inn, agra via oyo rooms on 17th march 2018. When i called the hotel on 17th april for confirmation of the same, i came to know that the hotel has scrapped the tie-up with oyo rooms and rejected my booking. The hotel asked me to call oyo rooms for redressal. I called oyo rooms and registered a complaint on the same date and its been 3 days, no action has been taken by oyo rooms. Today (19th april 2018) i called oyo customer care again ([protected]) and came to know that the hotel has scrapped the tie-up in february 2018. Despite of knowing the fact that the hotel is no longer associated with oyo, they still took the booking and i have made payment of the same. From last 3 days, i am continuously calling oyo and every time the customer care executive put the call on hold which automatically gets disconnected after few minutes. I am getting no response from the company apart from a mail regarding registration of my complaint in their portal. I want solution of the problem asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
