[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — still awaiting my refund against cancellation of hotel against booking id: yarh5640

Hi,
I had booked a hotel with oyo rooms in sept under booking id: yarh5640 however, on 19th nov'18 i had cancelled my hotel booking.
Its been almost 25 days but i haven't refunded my money of rs 4291/-.

I have received a reference number for this refund payment (Case id[protected] but it is not helpful..

I have been following-up with their customer service team @ [protected], however they have been very unprofessional
