[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Sub-standard room at OYO hotel in Puri | |||
I had booked the OYO rooms at 058 Light house Puri MA65 Baliapanda, Puri under booking ID No.PJTM8217 from 10.3.2017 to 13.03.2017. The name of the hotel is Annapurna Inn. The room was sub-standard and the quality of the service was very very poor. There was no electricity in the hotel in the night of 11.3.2017 and 12.3.2017. The back up generator was also started very late, after a gap of around 4-5 hours. The bedding was very bad. The room was very damp and proper facilities were not made available. The staff is very rude and the overall services was very very poor. The overall standard was poor and the hotel is not worth calling a OYO hotel. The standard of the hotel belies the OYO standards. I would request a refund of the high charges I have paid for the above hotel for 3 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
