We had a tie-up with oyo in march 2018 but we had requested for a disconnection with oyo for the reasons that it is a completely unprofessional company. On 1st of april 2019 their audit team came to our resort & issued us a disconnection receipt but oyo is not removing us from it's website because of customers book us through their website with "pay at hotel option" when they call us we deny the booking because our contract is already over. But since the invoice is generated every month we end up paying the gst even when we are not doing any transaction with oyo. Despite many reminders & also request given to their call center team they are not removing us from their website & we have to every month pay gst on these transactions. Please do something to help us in this case as oyo is just not listening to us.
