[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — unfair business practices | |||
Booked room online for check in on 04.08.2019 at Aurangabad but due to flood like situation in Nashik could not leave the city. All the schools were declared as closed and my train from Nashik to Aurangabad Janshatabdi was cancelled by Indian Railways. The situation was beyond control of human beings and therefore I cancelled my room requesting Oyo to refund the amount but my request was turned down. The snap is attached.
