[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — unprofessional behaviour by owner of oyo 4169 | |
Dear oyo team, Kindly note that recently i have done the booking (Booking id - fyez3862) to oyo 4169, check in date - 1st of june.2018, I reached their around 7:30 am on 1st june and request for early check - in. They asked for early check-in charges which is 40% of the total of booking amount and all the amount (Early check-in + tariff amount) in advance, i pay the entire amount their and then only (Later on i came to know that it should 30% instead of 40%)... I did not claim any amount from the hotel Over and above the owner of the property (Sumit), when i request him to give the slip of early check-in... He upfront, denied to provide the room and slip as well and said to speak with oyo. He will give not provide the room, (I am having audio recording of the same, will provide on demand), at that time i was feeling helpless and feeling bad as my family was there. This was Worst experience i have ever had. Sumit (Owner) also said that he will break the contract with oyo and do not want to continue any more. Such incident really hurt me a lot, i believe oyo is equally responsible for such insult as they do not do the quality check of such property who is insulting oyo customers. Note : we do have corporate tie-up with oyo and such experience does not create good impression. My company details Wonderchef home appliances private ltd.
