This escalation is regarding my booking id : kybf6198. With oyo.
This is the 2nd time consecutively that i am facing issue with the oyo service.
I have visited this hotel with my family and i had raised a ticket on the same day of my stay at hotel which is not yet resolved. Below issues were faced during stay at oyo certified hotel. This hotel was booked through oyo app for the rupees of 1988/-.
1. Dirty bed sheet, pillows and blanket.
2. Smell of cigarette and alcohol in the entire hotel (Even inside the room).
Found not friendly for the family stay.
3. Bathroom was suck. Shower, tap was not working properly. Toilet commode was broken and smelling.
4. Water leakage in the bathroom.
5. Staff were not responsive.
It's better to say that nothing was good in this hotel and forcefully i have to checkout my room early morning 3am (5-mar-2020) with my family. I have checked in approx 3 pm of 4-mar-2020.
Request you to take the needful action on priority and looking for an entire money refund from them. Was this information helpful? |
