Open gutters in the entrance, filthy place with dirty linens of previous occupants, no towels, no toilet roll or soap went at 2pm room not ready. Dirty smell of open gutters, dirty dishes and cutlery lying in corridor. Tried to complain by phone cannot get them all e-mail addresses wrong, need full refund for such a awe full place.0 rated place nowhere 3 star. Adivce not to book in oyo hotels. Complaint regarding Shree Sai Guest House, Allahabad Oyo12446. My hotel booking ID [protected] ( Goibibo ID HTLYWXYVEJ).
Additional complaints: we were charged INR 21503.00 for 2 rooms/ 2 nights 5th and 6th February 2019, while some other occupants paid only INR 1250!!!
This establishment is so horrible that it needs to be shut down. Does not deserve even minus three rating!!!
