I was made booking in haridwar . I was travelling from Delhi to haridwar after a long travel just reach to city guest house your hotel and gate was locked and no one picking the call i An standing at hotel gate and looking for A help after so many call no one responds then I was looking for next hotel and at haridwar it's very hard to get a hotel in haridwar . That time I face a situation that I can't able to convey and that time I m with my better half she is also very tired . How can I Handel that situation . Just resolve my issue . Now what you can do about my horrible inconvenience experience
