[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Wizard gold membership
I joined a OYO Wizard Gold membership yesterday. The amount for the membership has been debited from my account but the membership doesn't show in my App. When I try to call CUSTOMER service they keep forwarding my number to the service desk. No one pics picks up. This is so frustrating! I have been calling them back and forth since yesterday. The CUSTOMER service desk says they are only there for booking and they cannot contact the service desk. They keept saying that I need to book before I can complain about my membership. Now that I have booked a hotel they say that I have to redeem my membership with next booking. I have tried to call, mail and even tried to reach out through facebook. OYO CUSTOMER service is ###!
I'll make sure to tell people not to buy any rooms from OYO. OYO is definitely getting 1 star from me.
