We booked hotel annapurna inn in puri but when we checked in at the hotel at morning today we saw that the hotel has just no electricity. Whereas nearby all the hotels had proper electric supply.
On noticing that we contacted oyo service centre from 11 a. M in the morning till 8 pm at night. We spoke to over 12 customer care managers requesting them to shift us to another hotel and over 4 complaints were filed but none action was taken.
On calling the oyo attenþdant of hotel annapurna inn in puri 'hrusikesh sutar' he literally misbehaved with us and adamantly asked us to "check out from the hotel and no money would be refunded" and cut the phone.
After trying for 6 long hours we got frustrated with the oyo customer service and finally at 8:30 the guest experience manager ankit pandey helped us out of the situation by changing our hotel
This rises a question on the oyo customer service and the entire company who should keep people like ankit pandey rather than people like hrushi sudha Was this information helpful? |
