[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Wrongly charged at the hotel

I have booked a room through oyo app on 11 th july and paid Rs.2295. But the hotel refused to give me a room for that price and asked me to pay extra and I paid an extra amount Rs.1049. When i contacted OYO regarding this they said they would refund the extra paid amount upon submitting the bill. But now they arent returning to my emails and contacting OYO seems impossible on this matter. My booking ID is RRBM3824. IT LOOKS LIKE WE CANNOT TRUST OYO AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT NO ONE IS BOOKING THROUGH OYO.
