[Resolved] OYO — spam booking done by oyo | |||||
Hi, i have booked 10 rooms for 2 days at hotel idea inn agra from oyo rooms and found out that the hotel has scrapped the tie-up with oyo in february 2018. I made the booking in march 2018 and when called the hotel on 16th april, i found that the hotel rejected any bookings from oyo. I had made payments for the same to oyo. Now, i am continuously calling oyo, registered complaint in oyo customer service, still no action has been taken in last 3 days. Forget about actions, oyo is not even ready to give it a thought and they are just ignoring my calls on their customer care number. I want a resolution asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
