Oyo Total Holiday — complaint about oyo total holidays package...

Myself priyank and i booked one package for himachal pradesh pakage id : pkg-npih1043
Time duration 1st june to 8th june on oyo package...

I already completed my tour and back to home..
Here i share as well as complain about my pathetic, worst, very bad journey. That was horrible experience i have ever had in my entire life.

Starting from 16th may 2018 when i got call from mohit thakur (Oyo) he send me quotation about 39000 with detail itinerary and hotels. When i did full payment. On second last day he told me that your pakage is not confirmed and if you want to go with this package pay extra 3000.
After so many complains n talk to different representative of oyo i send 3000 extra.. Just because of my flight is confirmed.
After that payment mr. Mohit thakur told me that your hotels may be change..
I again complained but issue not resolve.. He also told me about my honeymoon candle light dinner but it was not include in my package..
I already did 30-40 calls to oyo and mohit thakur.. And every call was recordered in my mobile. As well as the mail which i got from mohit was in my mail box. If you want that i will send to you..

Issue yet not complete..
My jourerny was start on 1st june.. First day at shimla was ok. My cab was working well. But in manali it was broken and driver repeair it on 2nd day.
In manali again my cab (Car) was not working. So i went for sightseen with my own money..
I was very much frustracted and called mohit thakur somany times but he did not even answering my call. Then i call oyo opernational team and they told me that mohit not send any file to us.. So we cant help you now. And you contact to mohit for further details..
But mohit thakur was not answering my calls.

In manali i suffer so many times. I called to oyo and he told me that kuljeet kaur call me with in 10 to 15 min
My entire three days in manali gone to contact oyo but no one can help me.. N i did all sight seen with my own money. (Exept salong velly) the person who is resopsible for this tour mr. Mohit thakur and kuljeet kaur are not even respond me one time for this issue..
All the call which i did to oyo was recorded in my phone.. If you want it i will send you.
After checkout in manali i wait approx 2 hours in my hotel for cab. At 1 oclcok driver came.. And we went for dalhousie.
Next day driver told me that i could'nt go for khajjar lake.. After so much complained he was ready to go..
And after khajjair lake he didnt bahave well with us..
I want to complain and procees my refund for this phatetic trip..
I think i spent more time on call to oyo than my trip..
I want justice for my worst tour.. From last many months i called so many times to oyo. They always told me we called you back or called you in 5 minitues and solve your issue (Problem) but they did'nt call back since now.
I have all the recording and mail.
I can say it was
00% holiday | 1000% hassle
In my tour.. Just because of one person.. Mr mohit thakur and oyo team...

Kindly help me so any other people may not suffer like us..
