My package i'd is th-pvtf4443 and there is problem during check in.

When i checked in on 15 th of december 2019 in capital o 22212 j k golden embassy they said that there is a low teriff issue and i have paid them extra 1500 rupees for the booking.

It is requested to please refund my money and please provide good services.
Now, they are not responding as well even after sharing the invoice details. No. One is picking up the phone.
