We have booked 5day 4 night package for rs.35, 000/-. They have arranged car at cochi airport. They informed heavenly heights room in munnar. But after reaching there they informed that their agreement with oyo over. We tried the customer care but they informed that there is no booking with that i'd. That hotel person shown my name and booking i'd. But they did not allot the room. We contacted the thekkadi majestic residency also. They informed the same.
