I placed an order #56752 from Oyy fashion on 21st April 2019 but I never got it. It was supposed to be delivered by Moon Express. Initially for some days, everytime I used to track order, I found delayed delivery date. But later tracking status was changed to Delivery failed, reason being given was call not received but I never got a call. There is no customer support contact number available on their website. I even mailed them for refund but didn't get any reply from them till date. I was browsing through consumer complaints and I saw same type of complaints from many people against them.
