Oyy Fashion — the product didn't delivered

I have ordered one pair of shoes and one lehenga. On 22 april they mailed me that the products had been shipped but it's been more than 10 days and i have still not got my order.
They also provided the track shipment code but whenever i tried to track the order it showed link is disabled...
With addition i have already made the payment and also mailed on their email id but they didn't replied and contacted on their customer care service but it showed the number is not available
