Pace Internet — internet speed issue

I am using the pace internet its from charotar area gujarat, i have tried to explain them regarding my internet speed issue my package is 60mbps plan but i have never get desired speed and that’s affecting my daily work because i am software developer and i do have late night meetings with client, i will also attach some screenshot and the conversation with company person.
