Thank you so much for your reply and registering my case under your GRM # 0137534. Currently I am India living under the laws of Indian government in lockdown Covid-19.
Please note that this case requires your immediate aid and exigent action under these following circumstances:
1. Acts of Pacific International Lines, Singapore are "Egregious and outrageous abuse" with "breach of trust". Title of goods with all three shipping containers belongs to me.
Pacific International Lines's oppressive conduct is cruelty and unjust hardship in conscious disregard of my rights with gross negligence because the conduct complained of is so aggravated in a criminal character with serial evil evidences intent, wantonness, recklessness and malice.
Furthermore, I can point to evidences of malice where punitive damages must be awarded for tortious inference with prospective contracts putting "Krishan Gupta" out of business. A trade secret theft case can find malice from PIL Singapore efforts to keep their secret and defamatory statements have been made by PIL, Singapore and has failed to consult consignor on the consequences of inducing it's breach. Burden of proving the existence of an intentional evil-minded act can found in the trails of email correspondences.
2. Billing of lading : indicates that :Bill of Lading shall be construed as contractually applying " Hague Rules" and unless and until in the Bill of lading expressly amended by the protocol.
Para 31 of Bill of Lading indicates : Law and Jurisdiction
2 (a) : The contract evidenced hereby or contained herein shall be governed by Singapore
law.
(i) law governing the substantive contract (applicable law) is Singapore Government.
(ii) law governing the agreement to arbitrate, and the performance of that agreement (juridical seat or lex arbitri); is Singapore Government and
(iii) law governing the procedure of the arbitration (curial law) is Singapore Government.
3: Nothing herein shall prevent the parties to any claim and/or dispute under this Bill of Lading from agreeing to submit the claim and/or dispute to Singapore arbitration pursuant to the rules of the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (“SCMA”)

In case you need more clarification to proceed further in this case, please let me know.

Briefing & facts on meritorious : Criminal Breach of trust
Singapore police Force FIR # CRM: 0137534 reply dated : October 06/2020 : 6.37 PM
Dear Mr. Wee Hian Huat Jackson
Manager Feedback Unit
Service Delivery Department
Singapore Police Force
Reference CRM # 0137534

Sincerely,
Krishan Gupta

Subject: Complaint against Singaporean Government owned Company

Dear Sir,
I am a victim of fraud and professional negligence crime of a Singaporean Government owned company. PIL has internal serial strategic theft stealing commercial assets by confiscating and dislocating my goods. Company refrain me from the information of my property. PIL have knowingly and intentionally created a crime of creating a false document, altering a document, for the illegal benefit of PIL's self-making the forgery.
Briefing and facts:
Three Shipping containers owned by the consignor were shipped from Los Angeles to Mombasa, Kenya thru PIL ( pacific shipping lines).
Papers were approved and stamped by Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce
Dispute occurred by fabrication of duplicate invoices by the freight forwarder of PIL.
The original freight invoices were pre-paid in advance.
I was told that i do not need original B/L at the port of destination, as it will be done online digitally.
On knowledge through Mombasa PIL office Kenya, that original B/L are being held in PIL USA and they will not release the containers.
I filed a complaint in BBB (Better Business Bureau) and SFPD(San Francisco Police Department) for blackmailing.
PIL USA released the documents within few days to the destination port Mombasa, Kenya.
PIL HQ is refraining to reply regarding damages occurred during the period of cargo transection dispute.
PIL HQ is obligated to deliver all three containers with goods in good condition to the consignee.Consignor Mr.K.Gupta is title of ownership of container with goods up till date.
Consignee is not taking the consignment due to delay and Change of location without authorization.Consignee dis-location of containers is unacceptable. Asking for damages.
Your reply to this case is highly appreciated.

Thank you,
Krishan Gupta

Subject: Losses
Krishan Gupta,
I have lost my wholesale and retail buyers and customers due to the delay of containers.
My commitment and reputation to deliver the goods has been ruined due to the delay of delivery of containers in Mombasa.
Could you please explain to me the reason for changing the location of delivery of containers from Mombasa to Nairobi without my authorization.Shipping line never asked me nor have cared to inform me.Our understanding was that the destination on B/L is Mombasa.Any kind of amendment in the contract will be in written form with prior approval from me.This kind of self decision making and altering the contract is called "Breach of Contract" and "breach of trust". This is not an effective and strategic decision.
Damages have occurred due to reckless and criminal behavior by holding freight hostage by Pacific International Lines (PIL).
Compensatory damages : $ 77, 760.00 (April 10, 2020 until August 31, 2020 =144 days
@daily $540.00 =77, 760.00
Punitive damages: $ 2, 000, 000.00 for loss of business reputation and personal injury name
reputation.
Total Expenses:$ 2, 077, 760.00

Please note that there are still ongoing expenses and i am losing money.
