I am the policy bond holder for the year of 2011 in the name of
Onkar chand policy s. No. 5715722 registration no. U[protected] dt. 10/02/2011 due on 2021and 2nd policy of same onkar chand s. No. 8707207 registration no. U[protected] dt. 16/07/2014 due on 2020. The premium paid upto 2020and 2021regularly.

Unfortunately your office will be closed at hamirpur branch. I contact your delhi branch for clarification they could not response properly.

So my humble request to you please clear the amount at an early date. The policy bond copy will be attached also for your ready reference. Kindly reply at an early sir.

Onkar Chand Policy S.No[protected]. Registration No. U[protected] dt. 19/05/2009 due on 2014. The premium paid upto 2014 regularly.

Unfortunately your office will be closed at Koltaka Branch. I contact your Delhi branch for clarification they could not response properly.

So my humble request to you please clear the amount at an early date. The Policy Bond copy will be attached also for your ready reference. Kindly reply at an early sir.
