Pacl India — duplicate certificate for u[protected] | |||
This is k n ravishankar, i have already submitted the policy details at pacl mysore branch on 20th march 2015, for refund. I have only the acknowledgment given by the pacl above-mentioned office. I dont have a bond certificate and don't have even the photocopy of that. Now i am unable to upload the document online for refund, as the acknowledgement doesn't have the number. While applying for refund online, only the scanned copy of either certificate or the receipt is accepted. How i can go through with the acknowledgment / is there any possibility to get the duplicate bond certificate for the following registration number u[protected]. U[protected], Sir mainly 2 slip[protected] la photos ek sath scan karke lga diya but amount &date, reg.no.(2013)wali slip ka dala hai. Bond lekr mere pass 3 slip (12500x3) but upload amt.25000 hi dikha rha ab sir correction kaise kre

I uploaded details and documents[protected] .next day i will final submitted. PHOTO IMAGE WRONGLY UPLOADED INPAN DOCUMENT .

Both cerificate and receipt we had given to the agent. He is not picking the call.
We dont have the bond details. However we have our bank and cheque details through which onetime deposite made and bond holder name in of the same account.
