Dear sirs,

I have opened a policy serial no : cb40b 7489360, vide receipt no : u[protected] on 26.02.2011 for a sum of rs 3450.00 (Half yearly) payment option. I have deposited 12 half yearly installments @ 3450x12 = rs 41400.00 (Rupees forty one thousands and four hundred only). Thereafter, the company has closed its office from talwara township district hoshiarpur, punjab. The office is closed since the past many months. May i request you to kindly get my money refunded from pacl india limited at the earliest
