Pacl India — Maturity amount not paid waiting since jan 2015

I have taken policy on 27july 2009. Registration number is u[protected] paid till last premium 27 jan 2015. Submitted for claim on 12 feb2015.
Till date i have not received. Several times i visited and called but no use.
Please help me to get my maturity amount rs 10910.
I am 67 year old woman got fed up
It's my humble request to sought out the issue.
